We achieve this through our history team. Our history team are experts in the history of the sea, cities, and nations in our cruise itinerary. Their expertise is no doubt established as they have been guest lecturers across a wide range of institutions.
We bring them aboard to provide insight that will leave our passengers informed and entertained. We recognise that this is an opportunity for our passengers to learn as they have fun. So, we commit ourselves to bring this to reality.
Even more important, they offer their knowledge about our ANZAC history to our passengers. They have a repertoire of cultural, military and social history presentations. What’s even more impressive is that this repertoire has been tailored to the realities of our voyage. This is to ensure that our passengers can, in a way, live the past of the various areas that we will visit and cruise past.
For instance, our history team remains well aware of the history of the First World War. They are well aware of the ANZAC’s involvement at Gallipoli. They convey this knowledge in an entertaining way to their passengers and listeners. This way, you can feel a connection like never before to the whole voyage.
What makes this effective is the public speaking experience of this team. Every member of the team is a public speaker in their rights. Even more impressive, they are not just public speakers, but they are highly accomplished ones with the capacity to bring their words to live in the eyes and minds of their listeners.
